In connection with registration and participation, we process in particular:

Competition and programme information (e.g., category, repertoire, short biography, teacher)
Submitted documents and/or links (e.g., audio/video links)
Purpose: organisation, implementation and administration of the competition/event, including communication, jury procedures and results management.
Legal basis: contract / participation relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3.4 Payments
For payment processing we may process, for example, name, amount, date and payment references (e.g., payment description).
Purpose: allocation of payments and fulfilment of accounting obligations.
Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3.5 Publication and public relations (results, photo/audio/video recordings, streaming)
For documentation and public relations purposes, we may publish your name/stage name, category, repertoire, results as well as photo, audio and video recordings (e.g., on our website, social media, in press materials, via streaming and platform services).
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where obtained separately, and/or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) where publication is part of the participation conditions.
Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Recipients and processors
We use service providers (e.g., hosting, IT, e-mail services) to provide our services. Data is disclosed only insofar as this is necessary. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

We use Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to analyse website usage statistically. Cookies and/or similar technologies may be used and usage data may be processed (e.g., page views, interactions, device/browser information, approximate location data).
